About us
Sài Gòn Streets was born from a love of great food, good people, and the places that bring them together. This is the essence of our Saigon Streets story, which began after years working in hospitality and traveling through Southeast Asia. We wanted to create something of our own — something that encapsulates the energy, color, and incredible food culture we experienced along the way.
Sài Gòn Streets is our take on one of Vietnam's greatest street-food traditions: Bánh Mì & Cà Phê. Through our mobile kitchen, we bring authentic Vietnamese cuisine, featuring fresh, flavor-packed dishes, to markets, festivals, events, and communities across Scotland.
As a small, family-run business with big ambitions, we are built on years of hospitality experience and a genuine passion for feeding people.
Our Inspiration
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine is all about balance, freshness, and bold flavors. It's characterized by fragrant herbs, crisp vegetables, rich marinades, fresh bread, strong coffee, and the delightful contrast of sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and savory in every bite.
But for us, authentic Vietnamese cuisine represents more than just the food on the plate.
It's about the vibrant street food culture — bustling markets, meals shared with friends, leisurely coffee breaks, and experiences that unite people.

The Saigon Streets story draws inspiration from this rich culture while making it our own. We honor the traditions, ingredients, and flavors that make authentic Vietnamese cuisine special, while crafting dishes that feel exciting, approachable, and at home here in Scotland.

From a freshly assembled Bánh Mì packed with herbs, pickles, and perfectly cooked fillings to a rich Vietnamese coffee made using the traditional phin filter, everything we serve is designed to offer you a taste of our Saigon Streets story.

Cà Phê is an essential part of everyday life in Vietnam — strong, rich, sweet and made to be enjoyed slowly.
At Sài Gòn Streets, we serve Vietnamese coffee the traditional way, using the iconic phin filter to slowly brew bold, aromatic coffee. From classic drip coffee to creamy Coconut and Egg Coffee, each cup brings together distinctive Vietnamese flavours with a little bit of street-side café culture.
